2. Our Services

We are a third-party game top-up platform that allows users to purchase in-game currency, credits, and items for various games by providing their Player ID and making a payment via supported methods.

We are an independent reseller and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or partnered with any game publisher.

3. Account Registration

To place an order you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate information, keep your password secure, and be responsible for all activity under your account.

4. Orders & Payments

When you place an order you agree that you have provided the correct Player ID, you are authorised to use the payment method selected, and payment must be completed within 15 minutes or the order will expire.

5. Delivery Policy

Most top-ups are delivered instantly or within 30 minutes of payment confirmation. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. If your top-up has not been delivered within 2 hours of a confirmed payment, please contact our support team with your Order ID.

6. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Successfully delivered top-ups are non-refundable. A refund or wallet credit may be issued only if: the top-up was not delivered within 24 hours, it was delivered to the wrong account due to our error, or a duplicate charge was made. To request a refund, contact us with your Order ID and proof of payment within 7 days.

7. Promo Codes & Wallet

Promo codes are subject to their individual terms. Only one promo code may be applied per order. Wallet balance is non-refundable to your original payment method once credited.

8. Prohibited Conduct

You must not use fraudulent payment methods, attempt to exploit pricing errors, create multiple accounts to abuse promo codes, use automated tools or bots, or attempt to chargeback a successfully delivered order.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this platform is owned by or licensed to us and protected by copyright. Game logos, names, and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for any loss of in-game items, account bans imposed by game publishers, or any other consequence arising from your use of top-up services.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
